De Press On…

“Depression doesn’t make us lazy, it does make the mind and body tired.”
This is true and right. However,
If you’re reading this and is or believe you may be depressed, there’s hope for you.
It’s deep within you though.
You can’t see it, touch it or smell it.
Friends, family and people like me will occasionally remind you of what you already know which is- IT’S IN THERE!
It really is okay to be sad and even ugly cry, BOTH which are normal human behaviours.
It is Not okay or normal to become “depressed”!
No one in their right mind would choose depression which proves it’s a state of lower consciousness.
A pill, therapy and even pity can make us feel better but that’s Not the ultimate remedies alone.
We don’t want to just feel better, we want to Be- our best.
Although there are other ways to reach the same destination, the best and most proven way is, to already be there- which we are.
The thoughts we dwell on based on experiences is the Only thing that (separates Us from OURselves.)
So, the moment we recognize abnormal behavior within ourselves due the prolonged thoughts of less desirable experiences, is the moment we shift our focus to healing and restoration mode.
The brain’s healing source is the mind and as hard as it Seems, it’s the Best way out of depRESSion. Instantly in many cases or-
One step, one moment, one day at a time.
Like loosing weight, -We don’t gain it all in a day and we won’t lose it all in a day but the idea that it is possible is where the magic lies.
We are NOT depressed! We have only convinced ourselves that we are.
