DEAD OR ALIVE
Even after a good nights rest, the average person still loves the comfort of a warm bed.
The alarm can be sounding off and we hear it but we turn it off at least three times.
There’s something about a comfortable spot, even though we know we can’t stay there forever, that makes it difficult to – Get up.
However, once we’re up, we can actually get going and once we get going we can actually get things done and once we get things done you can actually see progress and when we see progress…, well you get the point.
Wherever we are or whatever we’re doing we know we can’t do it or stay there forever, However, it’s comfortable.
From relationships to jobs to fitness to careers and even our thinking and bad habits,
The comfort zone is the grave yard.
Can you get up?
